Data, purpose and legal basis

When you submit the form, we process your name, company, business email address, requested countries, primary need and any details you choose to provide. Please do not include special-category data, credentials, or information you do not want us to receive.

The checkbox records that you have read this notice and ask to be contacted about the submitted request; it is not used as consent for unrelated marketing communications.

Recipients and transfers

Data are accessible only to authorised New Assistent personnel and technical service providers that operate hosting, security and email-delivery services on the Controller’s instructions. Where processing involves a transfer outside the EEA, the Controller applies the transfer mechanism required by the GDPR. Information on recipients and applicable safeguards can be requested using the contacts above.

Retention

We retain the data for the time needed to manage the request and any resulting relationship, and thereafter only for applicable legal obligations or limitation periods.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by contacting us. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Automated decisions

The form is not used for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
